**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and creating delicious treats in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties:**

- Prepare a variety of baked goods such as bagels, bread, pastries, and cookies

- Follow recipes and production schedules to meet customer demands

- Operate baking equipment including mixers, ovens, and proofing cabinets

- Ensure proper storage and handling of all food products

- Package finished products for sale or distribution

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a bakery or similar setting is preferred

- Knowledge of baking techniques and principles

- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production environment

- Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Strong attention to detail and quality

- Excellent time management skills

**Skills:**

- Experience in the restaurant, culinary, or food industry

- Ability to bake a variety of goods

- Proficiency in food handling and cooking techniques

- Knowledge of packaging procedures

- Familiarity with using knives in food preparation

- Experience in catering services is a plus

- Strong customer service skills
