This is a well rounded and exciting career opportunity for a Corporate Facilities Engineering who enjoys working with both internal staff including the Executive Leadership team, corporate and branch level employees along with external vendors and contractors.
The Corporate Facilities Engineer Will be responsible for making any changes to to the corporate complex including infrastructure, space planning, ergonomic layout, space optimization, energy efficiency and safety as a few of their responsibilities.
The Corporate Facilities Engineer will also support Distribution operations nationally to review their layout and request active changes for better utilization and efficiency of space including automation and distribution racking systems. The role will also be responsible for working with outside contractors for capital projects, space and capacity utilization, maintaining building lease files, and working directly with customers to define on site work specifications and requirements.
The corporate Headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio is where this individual will be based with occasional travel to the distribution facilities throughout North America.
