Supply Technologies is Hiring a Program Manager - Facilities & Fleet Near Cleveland, OH

Scope:
The Program ManagerFacilities & Fleet is responsible for the corporate level oversight and execution of programs designed to safely operate and maintain our branch and satellite facilities and associated equipment.

Responsibilities:

Facilities Management:
- Conduct facility assessments through on-site visits and partnering with site leadership. Track and prioritize needed facilities repairs and upgrades.
- Coordinate facility maintenance work orders for timely, effective, and cost-effective resolution.
- Determine, track, and execute all preventative maintenance requirements in a timely manner and resolve any resulting corrective maintenance actions based on safety focused prioritization.
- Oversees the companys recycling and waste management program
- Maintains a professional and courteous relationship with all business unit leaders, operations leaders, property owners, property managers, and vendors.

Fleet Management:
- Identify, monitor, and maintain all branch equipment, including vehicles, powered industrial trucks, packing machines, scales, and security equipment.
- Able to identify and interface with vendors as necessary to ensure timely and safe repair of all equipment.
- Track utilization of equipment and able to make recommendations for equipment removal, replacement, or investment.
- Ensures compliance with Federal DOT and state transportation requirements for company vehicles.
- Oversees companys powered industrial truck (PIT) training and licensing program and ensures field-based trainers are trained and capable of training and licensing operators to company and OSHA standards.

Productivity & Space Management:
- Supports and participates in continuous improvement projects to improve facility productivity through space/racking redesign and automation.
- Uses Auto-CAD software to partner with site leadership and vendors to optimize space management and utilization within branch and satellite facilities.

Safety Program Administration:
- Ensures all branch and satellite locations are adhering to the company safety programs, housekeeping and security responsibilities set forth by senior management.
- Ensure the facility remains in compliance with local city, state, and federal regulations.
- Administers company safety portal and training programs.
- Security of company owned inventory assets.
- Maintain equipment and maintenance records for inspection/audit readiness.

Real Estate:
- Oversees the work of our retained real estate consultants in the administration of our real estate portfolio management strategy.
- Partners with finance to ensure proper occupancy costs are accounted for in annual planning process,
- Works directly with property owners when necessary to negotiate lease terms and conditions.

Policy and Procedures:
- Comply with the set policies & procedures that have been established by Supply Technologies or ParkOhio.
- Detailed-oriented and comply with set due dates with specific reporting.

Financial Process:
- Able to review, fully understand and forecast the monthly financial statements which include forecasting, manning, expenses, and A/P reporting.
- Manages the capital expenditure request and proposal process for the business unit

Requirements:
- Minimum three to five years of experience in facilities management.
- Associate degree in business, engineering, technical trade, or related field
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Holds or can obtain a U.S. passport upon hire
- Proven ability to multi-task and to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
