Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales in our retail store. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they are looking for
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
