Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or POS systems - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals - Upsell additional products or accessories to increase sales revenue - Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends Requirements: - Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Basic math skills for processing transactions - Experience in cash handling is a plus - Proven sales experience or a strong interest in sales - Familiarity with technology products and their specifications - Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of customer interactions - Ability to conduct product demos effectively - Upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
