Paralegal / Office Assistant
Our Title Agency is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal/ Office Assistant. This position primarily entails working with residential and commercial closings. Responsibilities include intake, pre-closing, reviewing title work, preparing closing documents, Settlement Statements and funding/disbursing files to ensure timely closings, and issuing title policies and other post-closing duties. Additional duties include greeting clients, answering calls.
