Overview:

The Consumer Insights Specialist will play a crucial role enhancing Flare’s customer-centric culture by championing the voice of the customer. The role will be integrated into the Product Marketing team and will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Product, Sales, and Customer Experience, Operations, and convert insight into action. This is a high exposure role that can meaningfully change people’s lives by helping to deliver best-in-class legal services to more people.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience delivering actionable insights through qualitative and quantitative research to build the next generation of legal solutions.

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000

What you'll do:

  • Champions the voice of the customer to continue deepening our client-centric culture and relentless drive to respond to client needs.
  • Design, initiate, and lead qualitative research, including focus groups and interviews to understand the client experience, marketplace offerings, and the opportunity ahead.
  • Designs, initiatives deploys and analyzes quantitative research (e.g., surveys, reports) to regularly pressure test hypotheses and protocols.
  • Adeptly articulate insights on a regular cadence for an executive audience to ensure the company is reacting swiftly to consumer needs.
  • Partner with Product, Creative, Data, Sales and Customer Support to develop client feedback mechanisms, enhance the product offerings, and incorporate insights into respective team roadmaps.
  • Leads with strong intuition to validate feedback and product-first thinking to ensure scalable solutions.
  • Establishes an expertise on legal tech industry trends to push team thinking on how we can continue to change the legal landscape.

Who you are:

  • Self-starter with ~3 years in consumer insights, consulting, innovation research, product marketing, or other relevant roles.
  • Excellent communicator with strong project management skills and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives.
  • Intuitive and empathetic listener, with a demonstrated and insatiable curiosity.
  • Solid live communication skills, including being comfortable talking to a high quantity of diverse people (lawyers and clients) over the phone and/or video.
  • Proficient in using various qualitative and quantitative consumer research methods.
  • Experienced in translating consumer insights into product innovation.
  • Demonstrated strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Able to work in office 2-3 days a week in Scottsdale, AZ
  • Bachelor’s degree
