Job Title: Promotional Merchandise Attendant

Location: 1600 Lone Star Pkwy Grand Prairie, Texas

What We Do:

As a Promotional Merchandise Attendant at Optamark, you will play a vital role in enhancing the fan experience and promoting brand awareness at various high-profile events. You will be responsible for distributing promotional merchandise and cheer items to attendees, showcasing our clients' brands and products in a positive and engaging manner.

How Can You Contribute:

As a member of our team, you will contribute to the success of our clients' marketing campaigns by:

· Managing Placard Distribution for ICC T-20 World Cup: Skillfully overseeing the distribution of promotional cheer items, including 4-6 placards specifically designed for the ICC T-20 World Cup cricket matches. Your task is to ensure that these placards are distributed strategically throughout the venue, enhancing the event's atmosphere and excitement.

· Ensuring Punctuality According to Venue Game Schedule: Demonstrating impeccable punctuality by arriving earlier than the scheduled time for each venue's game. This proactive approach allows you to have ample time to organize merchandise and familiarize yourself with the venue layout, ensuring a smooth and efficient distribution process.

· Efficiently Distributing All Cheer Items (Approximately 500 to 800 pieces): Responsibly managing the dissemination of all allocated cheer items, typically ranging from 500 to 800 pieces per event. Your role involves ensuring that these items are distributed strategically to engage attendees and elevate brand visibility effectively.

· Implementing Sustainable Practices for Unused Cheer Items: Championing sustainability initiatives by effectively managing leftover or unused cheer items, including placards. Any unused placards will be recycled and earmarked for use in upcoming games, ensuring optimal resource utilization and minimizing waste.

Job Requirements:

· Previous experience in event coordination or customer service preferred.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Punctuality and reliability are essential, with the ability to adhere to strict schedules.

· A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

· Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.

· Knowledge of sustainability practices and a dedication to environmental responsibility is a plus.
