Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Language Arts Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for language arts and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement engaging language arts lesson plans
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Create a supportive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and student progress
- Incorporate learning technology into lessons
- Provide tutoring and additional support as needed
- Manage student behavior effectively

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification in Language Arts
- Experience working with students in a classroom setting
- Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Strong communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of linguistics and language arts principles
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Familiarity with math concepts for interdisciplinary teaching opportunities

Pay: $51,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
