Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in renting vehicles or equipment
- Provide information on rental terms, conditions, and pricing
- Manage inventory control for rental items
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly
- Process rental agreements accurately
- Upsell additional services or products to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized rental office environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as front desk, retail sales, or customer service
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of the local market and customer needs is advantageous
