PRISMINC.COM is Hiring a Pricing Lead Near Herndon, VA

PRISM Seeks a Pricing Leadwho will play a critical role in developing and implementing competitive pricing strategies for our products and services within the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and General Services Administration (GSA) Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) channels. You will analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs to ensure our offerings are profitable and attractive in these specialized markets.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies for OEM and GSA EIS products and services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand competitor pricing, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Analyze cost structures and margins to ensure pricing strategies are profitable and sustainable.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models for OEM and GSA EIS offerings.
  • Manage pricing data and ensure accuracy across various systems.
  • Provide support and guidance to sales teams on pricing and proposal development.
  • Negotiate prices with OEM partners and GSA customers.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of pricing strategies and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and OEM and GSA EIS pricing regulations.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree in finance/business is preferred but not required. 
  • At least five years of experience in OEM Pricing environments within the technology or telecommunications industry. 
  • Extensive Telecom Knowledge/Experience (private cellular).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant pricing tools.
  • Experience with GSA EIS (Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions).
  • Experience Evaluating Profit and Loss Statements.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing successful pricing strategies.
  • Needs to understand Project Economics and different workstreams related to price sensitivity.
  • Experience with Transitional Service Agreements in relation to sellers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
