Fireball USA and its subdivision Ember Studios is looking for a web designer with significant development experience to lead the growing web development branch of our company. As Lead Web Designer, your first responsibility will be implementing Fireball’s design language onto our new website. Once this is accomplished, we look forward to seeing your creative versatility as Ember Studios takes on website building for clients across all industries. This role will give you the opportunity to rebrand and redefine the styles of many of our partner companies, both digitally and in print material.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Design and create visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand and deliver on project goals.
- Create and optimize graphics, animations, and other visual elements for web pages.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are mobile-friendly.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to make necessary design improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design.
- Establish UI/UX design deliverables through block diagrams, wireframes, moodboards, mockups and specifications.
- Executes and supervises numerous projects, activities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Follow and use the Fireball style guide.
- Designing engaging and responsive landing pages for campaigns.
- Plan and Develop WordPress content architecture.
- Convert approved designs to functional, responsive, web/mobile templates and pages using WordPress/Elementor.
- Work strategically with the content and marketing teams to ensure effective page optimization, usability, and brand adherence.
- Support existing WordPress sites with updates, maintenance and new features/functionality.
- Test and troubleshoot WordPress implementations.
- Ensure company logos and color schemes are used consistently and correctly throughout all media.
- Design web print, and digital content and provide direction to other Marketing team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Manage ongoing WordPress updates and ensure high site performance.

REQUIRED:
Experience integration with CRM, Email Marketing and other third-party tools and platforms.
