3 years in remodeling field a must

We are a small company looking to expand. I have based this company on word of mouth and return clientele and business has been great. You have the option to work (4) 10 hr days, M-TH 7:30-6:00. Or, work (5) 8 hr days M-F 8-4:30.

Paid holidays and $200/month paid to offset health insurance

**Must have reliable transportation, be on time, and be able to interact with clients on a daily basis

**Must have your own tools; miter saw, compressor, etc... I will supply the blades, drill bits, etc...

We offer high end kitchen and bath remodeling. With an emphasis put on quality and detail of work.

You will be expected to be highly efficient in these areas:

FRAMING- Basic knowledge of rough framing walls

ELECTRICAL- Light electrical work; for demo - outlets, switches, under cabinet lighting etc...

PLUMBING- Light plumbing; able to cap water lines for demo

DRYWALL- Hang drywall with minimal gappage.

TAPING- Not required but a plus

PAINTING- ** WE DO NOT DO ANY PAINTING **

TILE- Highly proficient in this area. Must have the ability to layout best situation for tile. Must be able to tile shower niches with bullnose or chair rail surround. Must be able to install a variety of floor tile patterns, subway, herringbone, french, etc...

TRIM- Highly proficient in this area. Must be able to install cabinets, fillers, cabinet matched crown and moldings. Baseboards, casing, pocket door trim, crown molding, etc...

You will be responsible for making material list for the job. I will have the bulk of the material for the start of the job already purchased. Daily clean up of job area is expected.
