Job Description

• C Barton Services, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented, and self-motivated individuals to become a part of our growing team. Specifically, Multi Skilled Carpenters with a strong work ethic, professional appearance and demeanor, and overall knowledge of all trades: Carpentry, Framing, Plumbing, Electrical, Tiling, Drywall, and Painting.
• As a Lead Remodeler, the ideal candidate will be working with a skilled helper and report to their project manager to ensure quality and timely completion of Bathroom and Kitchen remodels, Decks, and General Carpentry projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• This is an hourly position and requires 5 years minimum experience.
• In depth understanding of residential construction procedures, materials, and field management.
• Detail–oriented with strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Physical ability to perform various construction activities on site.
• Ability to work well with others and interact with clients in a professional manner.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications.
• Ability to interact with mobile applications for daily job progress reporting.
• Ability to efficiently solve problems and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
• Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance and have your own tools.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Competitive pay will be based on experience. Company vehicle may be provided based on position & qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
