Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Route Merchandiser to join our Philadelphia team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing vending and coin-op machines across a designated territory spanning 100 to 200 miles. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, sales acumen, and the ability to promote our products effectively.

*Your own vehicle is required. Travel expenses(gas, toll & parking) are fully reimbursed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Service and restock vending and coin-op machines on a regular schedule.
• Implement planograms to optimize product placement and drive sales.
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales opportunities, and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize sales techniques to promote additional products and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed..
• Keep accurate records of machine transactions and inventory levels.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (own vehicle required- travel reimbursed).
• Ability to travel extensively within a 100 to 200 mile territory.
• Prior experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and planogram implementation preferred
