Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Route Service Merchandiser to join our team. As a Route Service Merchandiser, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products at various retail locations along your assigned route. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Duties: - Follow assigned route schedule to ensure timely delivery and merchandising of products - Stock shelves, racks, and displays with merchandise according to planograms - Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel - Conduct inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales - Assist with store remodeling projects as needed - Utilize Adobe Illustrator for visual design purposes - Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and report generation Requirements: - Previous experience in merchandising or related field preferred - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for visual design purposes - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and store personnel - Cash handling experience is a plus - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Multilingual abilities are an asset We offer competitive pay, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career growth.
