We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Boba Barista to join our dynamic team at our trendy boba tea bar. As a Boba Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and visually appealing boba tea beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about creating unique drinks and delighting customers with exceptional service.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve a variety of boba tea beverages, including milk teas, fruit teas, and specialty drinks.

- Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation.- Brew tea, cook tapioca pearls (boba), and prepare other ingredients as needed.

- Customize drinks based on customer preferences, including sweetness level and toppings.

- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation area and serving counter.

- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and answering questions about the menu.

- Operate and maintain boba tea-making equipment, such as blenders, tea brewers, and sealing machines.

- Maintain inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.

- Use POS systems accurately.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow all food safety guidelines when handling and preparing food items

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required; training will be provided.

- Passion for boba tea and a desire to create exceptional beverages.

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to stand for extended periods.

- Lift and carry supplies up to 25 pounds.
