Duties & Responsibilities

Supporting our Licensing management team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining weekly, bi-monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports in Excel for licensing partners. In addition you will assist in developing presentations including collecting and assembling information from various sources and creating presentations in Powerpoint. Duties include:

1. Access various systems to obtain sales, inventory, production and/or forecast data for specific brands and licenses.
2. Review data to ensure that information being reported appears correct.
3. Prepare standard weekly bi-monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports for submission to licensors and for licensor meetings.
4. Assists in analyzing forecasts and researching trend history from POS data.
5. Creation and maintenance of retailer information including buyer lists, ship and set dates, door counts, environments, etc.
6. Create Licensing presentations in Powerpoint.

Requirements

Qualified candidates should have college degree and previous experience preparing analysis and reports in Excel. Strong proficiency using Excel and Powerpoint required. Previous experience compiling and analyzing retail sales data a strong plus. A strong-focused customer service mindset and willingness to provide assistance to licensing team where needed is essential.

Ability to work on-site based at our Metuchen NJ facility is required. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
