- Serve as the initial point of contact, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Schedule appointments and transfer calls to our agents.
- Support our marketing efforts to expand our reach.
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work confidently as a self-starter in an independent setting.
- Exhibit professional phone etiquette and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ideally, have 1 year of receptionist or administrative experience
