We are looking for a tenacious individual that seamlessly connects with people with a positive, can-do attitude! The ideal candidate will enjoy working with a diverse range of people, be a strong leader and have an ability to work well under pressure. Our company is looking for a BDC Representative who can manage a high-volume number of inbound/outbound calls and emails in a timely manner, they will also be responding to customer inquiries via email, SMS, and by phone daily. You must be able to provide our customers with an exceptional Ciocca experience!
Hours: Flexible schedules Monday through Saturday, with both full and part time opportunities available.
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000
