Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings and possess a strong skill set in critical care, geriatrics, ostomy care, urgent care, occupational health, and behavioral health. Knowledge of Epic software and experience in health coaching and workers' compensation law is a plus.

Duties:
- Provide direct patient care including assessments, treatments, medication administration, and patient education
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records accurately
- Administer treatments such as wound care, IV therapy, and medication management
- Assist in emergency medical situations and provide urgent care as needed

Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Proficiency in critical care, geriatrics, ostomy care, occupational health, and behavioral health
- Familiarity with Epic software is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
