Title : PRN Nurse

Location : Everett, WA 98201

Pay Rate : $25-48/hr

Hiring for : Registered Nurse (RN),

Licensed Practical Nursed (LPN),

Certified Nursing Professionals (CNA)

Required : Any experience in skilled/ sub-acute nursing/ Long Term Care / apartments for assisted living/ home health services, (Minimum 6 months)

Type of Position : PRN (morning, afternoon, evening)

- Updated Resume- Active State License

- CPR/BLS Certificate

- 2 References from previous employment- Covid Card Copy.- Any previous Healthcheck / Physical Check Report from past 3 years- Any previous Drug Screen Report from past 3 years- Any previous TB / X-Ray Report from past 3 years

- Immunization Report - Hepatitis B, Seasonal Flu Shot, MMR, Varicella, TDAP
