SPACE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST AT GLOBAL FINTECH FIRM
Base Salary is $120K to $170K (based upon candidate and experience)

Solidly established Global FinTech Firm is looking for an experienced Space Planner to join its organization. In this role, you will facilitate the process, planning, and expansion of our office space. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a talented, growing team.

We have returned to the office in a hybrid model where employees will be in the office Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelors Degree is required , preferably in Architecture, Planning, Design, or Another Relevant Field
• Seven to Ten (7-10) years of professional experience in Space Programming, Space Planning, Facilities Planning, and Project Management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, CAFM Systems, FM:Systems, Bluebeam, or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
• Knowledge of ADA Requirements and Building Codes is required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are critical , along with the ability to anticipate needs, work collaboratively, and build relationships across departments
• Strategic thinker with impressive organizational, multitasking, and planning skills will excel in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW
You will oversee various aspects of space planning and management, ensure office standards are maintained, project manage operational improvements and expansions, and preserve accurate spatial data within our space management software. You will develop spatial layouts and collaborate with our Human Resources Team on allocations, occupancy, and room usage. You will also generate reporting and analyses on occupancy metrics and growth forecasts, coordinate building audits, and troubleshoot day-to-day space planning requests.
