Basic Job Functions:

• The responsibilities of a Roll Turner include, but are not limited to, working with a team to provide excellent quality and service to the Rolling Mill through the turning of various rolls by CNC Lathe machine.
• This includes operating multiple CNC Lathe machines, tracking and documenting roll sets as well as maintaining a current roll inventory.
• The successful candidate will utilize computer resources to load programs, manage work orders and track completed work.
• The Roll Turner will also need to be willing to help in all areas of the Roll Shop and Rolling/Finishing Mill as needed.
• Candidate must be willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, vacation coverage, and holidays.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 Years CNC Lathe experience, programming and set up

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous roll turning experience.
• Knowledge of job specific software such as Auto Cad and/or Gibbs Cam
• Industrial Mechanical Experience
• 2 – 4 year Technical Degree.
• Rolling Mill Experience

Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
