Qualifications : Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or a related field, and a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in partial care or supervised residence for the seriously and persistently mentally ill.
Responsibilities: Reports to the Executive Director and Program Director; Seeks clinical and administrative weekly supervision from Executive Director and/or Program Director; Participates in the screening and intake of new consumers; Holds a minimum caseload; Assigns Caseloads; Provides group coverage when needed; Ensures all Case Managers complete their paperwork in a timely manner; Immediately discusses any clinical/crisis incidents w/Executive Director and/or Program Director; Creates weekly agendas and runs Staff Meetings; Monitors charting and perform chart reviews; Discusses any vacation and/or time-off requests w/Executive Director and/or Program Director; Brings any Billing Issues to Senior Office Manager
Skills/ Qualifications : LPC/LAC or LCSW licensure (preferred), supervisory experience, efficient oral and written communication, decision-making abilities, is self-starter, and has expert conflict resolution skills.
