Instructional Tutors will provide focused tutoring to students in the areas of reading and math.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

• Participate in required training for the Tutoring Program.
• Deliver targeted reading/math interventions to small groups of students using division-provided resources.
• Collaborate with teachers to set learning goals and determine progress.
• Maintain records of attendance, lessons, and student progress.
• Maintain appropriate standards for student behavior.
• Maintain a high level of ethical behavior.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Effectively utilize the time available for instructional activities.
• Perform related duties and responsibilities as requested.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Teaching experience preferred
• Prior experience working with children preferred

Pay Rate:

• Teaching License - $40/hour
• ?Bachelor's Degree - $30/hour
• Up to Associate Degree - $25/hour
