Public Agency Resources (PARS), a subsidiary of Wildan, has current full time openings for ICC Certified Commercial and Residential Building Inspectors in the Yavapai, Arizona area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for inspections of residential, commercial, industrial and other buildings during and after construction.
- Reads and interprets residential and commercial building plans and specifications.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Must have ICC Certification(s).
- 1-2 years experience.
- Municipal experience.
