Junior Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

• Provide top notch customer service and support during in-store interactions
• Maintain high levels of compliance by adhering to both retail and client practices
• Communicate with customer service team and fellow Junior Sales Consultants to best address customer needs
• Attend marketing and sales training sessions offered by our clients specifically for our Junior Sales Consultants
• Drive sales by promoting new products and offerings to our valued customers

Junior Sales Consultant Requirements:

• Goal-oriented and driven
• Self-starter attitude with ability to problem solve / adjust approach as needed
• Customer Service or Retail background preferred, by not required
• Full time schedule with allowance for flexibility if needed
• Ability to work both in teams and individually
