Our **Product & Technology** teamis seeking for an **Executive Support Specialist** Establish and maintain standard processes and procedures for providing a consistent and superior technical support experience **Qualifications**

**Position Requirements**

**Experience & Education**

* Successful completion of a bachelor's or higher degree from an accredited college or university; OR appropriate combination of education and work experience.

* Five or more years experience supporting a variety of end user computing and personal telephony technologies

* **Prefered** - Five or more years experience in an executive or simular type of high profile support role

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)**

* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications

* Demonstrated superior customer service

* Strong organizational and time management skills

* A highly detailed oriented and thorough approach to tracking and resolving open issues

* Experience supporting users in a combination of local and remote offices

* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on service restoration

* ITSM Knowledge of Incident, Critical Incident, and Service Request Management
