Demonstrated experience in hiring, retaining, and scaling geographically dispersed, high-performing teams. Demonstrated experience influencing product strategy and driving change across organizational boundaries through clear and compelling communication of data-driven insights and analyses. 10 years of experience in an analytical leadership role in technology, consulting, e-commerce, gaming, or retail industries. 10 years of experience with SQL, SAS, Python, R, or other programming languages.
