NMP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate and efficient data in our systems. Your main goal will be to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of data across all platforms and databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately and efficiently in internal databases and systems.
- Review and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with team members to clarify any data discrepancies or uncertainties.
- Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files, ensuring information is accurate and easily accessible.
- Conduct data quality checks and identify and report any errors or issues.
- Support the team in preparing reports and presentations by providing accurate and timely data.
- Stay abreast of industry standards and best practices for collecting and managing data.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Familiarity with data processing and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
