About us

My name is Riley McGarity and I am the owner of Bridgeway Home Buyers. Bridgeway Home Buyers was started in 2019 and specializes in acquiring off-market real estate. We are a small and agile team that is results-driven and dedicated to our goals.

Job Summary:

At Bridgeway, we focus on helping homeowners find solutions whether they are going through a foreclosure, can’t sell their property with a Realtor, or just need to sell their house quickly. We always look to provide the best experience for our clients and make every transaction a win-win. We work as a team to achieve our sales goals and stay motivated.

We are looking to add a results-oriented Sales Associate/Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking potential clients through our virtual sales process, negotiating deals, and acquiring contracts. If you are looking for an opportunity to get into real estate and possess strong conversational skills, we want to hear from you!

Duties:

  • Answer/return phone calls and respond to all leads generated in our system
  • Manage pipeline of prospects and follow-up on leads in a timely manner
  • Build rapport with potential clients and help them overcome objections to get the deal signed
  • Analyze deals and write up offers
  • Negotiate a win/win solutions for both parties
  • Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially
  • Use the CRM to daily and update lead information
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
  • Learn the industry and research our target market
  • Attend meetings and trainings as required
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Skills/Requirements:

  • Must be ambitious! We’re looking for someone who wants to grow

  • Hit daily sales metrics and stay on task
  • Strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Ability to use or quickly learn the CRM and marketing/lead software
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
  • Someone who takes an ownership mentality in all that is done in this position
  • Ability to perform intermediate tasks in the Google Docs and/or MS Office Suite
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines
  • Enthusiastic about sales and real estate
  • Strong relationship management and the ability to drive multiple tasks to completion successfully

Pay Structure:

$2,000-2,800 monthly base pay

Base increases after 6 months of hitting minimum requirements

Commission tiers: 6% - 8% - 10%

Commission tiers are based on how much revenue is generated in a single month

Ex:

$50,000 in total revenue generated

= $5,000 in commissions

$2,000 base pay

= $7,000 total earned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
