We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team. As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations. Your primary responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, managing sales data in Salesforce, and assisting with various sales-related tasks.

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospective customers
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing quotes and proposals
- Manage and update customer information in Salesforce
- Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and follow up on sales inquiries
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Assist with order processing and tracking
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales support roles preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in warm calling activities
