*Responsibilities:*
* Render history and physical evaluations on all patients.
* Complete daily and weekly patient rounds based on the patient's level of care and acuity.
* Provide medication management as needed, including ordering, educating, and monitoring withdrawal protocols.
* Order and review labs as needed.
* Assist with pharmacy matters as needed.
* Effectively communicating with patients and other healthcare staff to manage patient care.
* Work with the treatment team when referring patients to other physicians or appropriate resources when and if needed.
* Maintain appropriate records relating to all professional services rendered.
* Manage medical emergencies within the facility.
* Collaborate with the Medical Director, providers, and the care team to ensure all patients receive proper care, treatment, and services.
*Required:*
* Licensed and Certified in the State of Massachusetts.
* Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse certification (FNP or CNP preferred).
* Active DEA License.
* 2-5 years of experience treating behavioral health patients suffering from mental health and substance use disorders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
