Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and escort them to their tables promptly
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Address any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host/hostess station and lobby area
-Knowledge of Opentable reservations software

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
