The Woodlands at Canterfield , a brand new Assisted Living and Memory Support community located in West Dundee, Illinois is looking for a dynamic Server to serve and provide a safe, friendly and hospitable service to the residents and guests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take orders, serve, clear dishes for residents or guests
- Deliver room service trays
- Serve using proper serving etiquette
- Reset tables after each meal
- Assist with dishwashing and restocking of clean dishes
- Assist in maintaining an elevated level of customer service
- Build positive relationships with residents, associates and co-workers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Energetic, professional with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Team player
- Compassionate and understanding of eldercare
