Bartender
Duties:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for dine-in and Togos
- Stay updated on current drink trends and new menu items
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a bartender in a restaurant or similar setting
- Knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Excellent hospitality skills to provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Familiarity with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Understanding of retail math for inventory management purposes
- Knowledge of food service safety regulations and procedures
