As a Concierge at The Claiborne, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those in need while enjoying a range of benefits and incentives. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, exhibit patience, possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to multitask. The Concierge also must remain calm and professional during emergency or confrontational situations as they are often the first impression of the community.

Concierge (Duties)

• Reports directly to the Director of Wellness and Executive Director

• Greets visitors seeing information about the property. Be responsive to the needs of people who inquire about the about the property and/or who are in the building for meetings with administrative personnel. Direct visitors to appropriate office or resident apartment.

• Answers telephones, record and channel information.

• Performs clerical duties for property staff as directed by supervisor. 

• Provide assistance in the dining room serving resident meals, as requested.

• Provides support to the community’s marketing efforts

• Performs other duties consistent with the position assigned. 

Concierge (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience with Microsoft software, preferred

• Excellent customer service skills
