Horizon Staffing Agency LLC is Hiring a Future Opening: Executive/Sales Assistant Near Tacoma, WA

Part- Time (20 hours a week)

Duties of this Role

The Executive/sales Assistant is responsible for making sales calls for new contracts and managing day-to-day daily activities as required. This position also requires planning and executing directives to achieve company goals. You must be self-motivated, organized and professional. You must devote full and exclusive time and attention to meet or exceed the company goals.

Daily Responsibilities

Making Sales calls to get new contracts. Training will be provided.
Set Sales goals for each week. Provide executive team with projections for sales.
Assist Admins with day-to-day activities such as scheduling interviews, managing employees’ files, Timesheets and so on as Required.

Skills and Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business and communications.
Knowledge of marketing and healthcare industry.
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.

Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr commission.

Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
