### Duties:

- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Implement individualized care plans and behavior management strategies
- Support individuals in participating in community activities and social outings
- Document and report any changes in behavior or health status to appropriate staff
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times

### Skills:

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience in providing care for individuals with dementia or related conditions
- Familiarity with nursing home or assisted living facility protocols and procedures
- Proficiency in meal preparation and dietary restrictions
- Ability to provide compassionate care and support to individuals with diverse needs
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum
