Come Be Our Next Director of Music

The First UU Society of Burlington is searching for our next Director of Music who directs our adult choir, plays the piano, and collaborates to create an engaging, spiritual worship service. Our congregation is interested in a range of musical styles and is looking for someone who loves what they do and loves helping us find and express the music within us. Facility with AV/tech a must. Experience with the organ: a plus. We are an organization with a mission you can feel great about. Let's find out if we are a good fit.

Work on site on Sunday mornings and one evening per week (choir rehearsal), plus some remote hours.

This is a .45 FTE position with more hours Sept - June (approximately 20) and fewer hours in the summer (approximately 8). For the right candidate, we are open to making this a 10.5 month position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $27,000.00 - $30,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
