A renowned hospital in Southern New Hampshire is searching for a part-time Clinical Nurse Educator for its Emergency Department. In this role, you will work closely with Executive leadership to assess the needs of the bedside nurses and develop, implement, and evaluate educational plans designed to meet every need. Responsibilities:

• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for ED staff.
• Develop and facilitate educational plans for ED staff.
• Assist in new hire orientation, education, and evaluation of ED staff.
• Monitor, evaluate, and maintain documentation for employee competencies.
• Assist with annual performance reviews.
• Review and update policies to align with best practices.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• A BSN or MSN is preferred.
• Active RN license.
• 3 years of nursing experience.

Additional info:

• Part-time, permanent position
• Schedule: 20 hours/week, days
• Pay: $33-46/hr., depending on experience.
