The Senior Company is looking to expand our amazing team of caregivers again! To help keep up with our needs and best serve new families, we are currently hiring for part-time positions with flexible scheduling.

As a Caregiver at The Senior Company, you will build relationships, improve the quality of life and serve elderly in need of love and care. Your goal will be to help individuals enjoy life by helping them perform their simple daily functions; dressing, bathing, medication reminders, meal prep, light exercise, local transportation, social interactions and light housekeeping. Some clients may require greater needs. Your compassion, ability to go above and beyond and dedication as a caregiver will bring joy into the lives of the clients you work with, helping them feel encouraged, involved and loved.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
• Prepare meals and ensure dietary needs are met
• Assist with transportation needs, including driving clients to appointments or activities
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
• Respect and uphold resident rights and privacy
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of client information
• Provide first aid as needed

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License
• Background Check
• Past Caregiver Experience (Preferred)
• CNA Certification (Preferred)
• Active CPR/First Aid Certifications (Preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
