Join Our Team at the Prestigious Colleton River Club! We are currently seeking talented and dedicated individuals to join our esteemed team, as Cafe and Pool Attendants, in delivering warm and gracious hospitality to our members and guests 

Job Summary: 

Our high performing superstar will be responsible for ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the pool area while also providing excellent service to guests at our poolside cafe. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a welcoming environment, enforcing pool rules, delivering exceptional customer service, and assisting with cafe operations as needed.

How to know if you are the individual for this career opportunity? 

Are you willing and able to perform the job duties listed below?

• Monitor the pool area to ensure safety and compliance with rules and regulations. 
• Take orders, prepare beverages, and serve food items to guests at the poolside cafe. 
• Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with inquiries, orders, or concerns. 
• Enforce pool rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons. 
• Maintain cleanliness of pool decks, furniture, and surrounding areas, as well as the cafe area. 
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of both the pool and cafe facilities. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

• High School Diploma or GED;
• Prior experience and/or training in café or fast food establishment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills. 
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 
• Teamwork - Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Shows respect and promotes an inclusive and harassment-free environment. 
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. 
• Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred. 
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk; sit and talk or hear; lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more. 
• Occasional bending, stooping, lifting, and pulling. 
• Continuous repetitive actions. 

Pay Rate - $16 per hour, plus a share of the 20% service charge, charged to customers.
