Part-time Bartender
Well-established fine dining restaurant in Ridgefield, CT is looking to hire a part-time bartender for Friday and Saturday nights and Holidays. Additional weekday shifts may be available.
Must:
· have minimum 2 years fine-dining fast paced bartending experience.
· be able to prepare unique craft cocktails.
· be outgoing and a quick learner.
· be neat and clean behind bar.
· be able to learn menu, verbalize specials and serve guests at bar.
Required to:
· always be presentable with a positive attitude
· prepares and serve beverages.
· take food and beverage orders.
· clean and organize bar area.
· restocks inventory as needed.
· follow existing drink recipes, policies and procedures.
· fill out and complete daily inventory sheets
· perform opening closing duties.
· performs all other duties as assigned by management.
