LabXpress is seeking a part-time (6am-10am) qualified bilingual (Spanish & English) full time Client Services Representative. This position requires a self-motivated, dependable, organized professional with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for our physician offices, patients, and internal customers.
As a CSR Professional You Will:
· Use critical thinking and company resources to resolve unique client situations
· Handle a high volume of incoming and out-going calls
· Professionally interact with patients, physician offices, and co-workers
· Respond to client emails and phone calls in a timely manner
· Use resources available to resolve questions and conflicts
· Daily work with legal and professional documents while maintaining privacy
· Bring a positive and professional attitude to your role every day
Requirements:
· Bilingual
· High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent)
· 3 years Customer Service experience
· HIPAA knowledge
· Multi-task
· Self-motivated
· Attention to detail
· Function independently
· Microsoft Word and Excel proficient
