Seeking apart-timecertified SUD certified (CADC-I or higher) or Licensed Professional, to facilitate client groups in the Menifee area.

Plans and implements weekly program groups that may include group activities, indoor or outdoor activities, exercise, and other creative and expressive therapies.

Facilitate client groups - days and hours vary.

Major Task, Duties, and Responsibilities

● Conducts group educational/therapeutic activity sessions.

● Maintain appropriate documentation including progress notes of type of activity and client participation, to be documented in charts within 24 hours of service provided.

● Ability to demonstrate respect for cultural and lifestyle diversity of clients and staff.

● Develops and updates activity schedules as needed.

o Liaison with and refer to the treatment team, inside and outside agencies

o Asses and report client behavioral changes

Prerequisite Qualifications

Following are the qualifications required to perform the essential functions of this position. Qualifications may be subject to modification based on the Americans with Disabilities Act.

CCAPP CADC-I or higher, or in a related licensure (AMFT/LMFT, ACSW/LCSW, RDN). A minimum of two years of experience working with persons with mental illness and/or substance abuse ispreferred.

Must be able to pass a live scan background check.

Must have a valid California driver’s license and liability insurance if driving a personal vehicle on Center business.

Vision, hearing, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination must be adequate for the performance of job duties. Able to sit at a desk, use a keyboard, write, and perform other job duties. Able to move about the facility to observe clients and staff.

· Must be at least 18 years of age

· Doctors Physical with C3 form and Drug test

· Understanding of State and Federal Patient Confidentiality Laws

· Understanding of corporate ethics and integrity

· Class “C” Driver’s License

· CPR/First Aid certification - obtain upon employment and maintain current thereafter

· TB Test - obtain upon employment and maintain thereafter

· Develop computer skills adequate to perform word processing duties within seven days of employment
