Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers, take orders and process customer payments
  • Answer questions and educate customers on menu offerings and options
  • Craft drinks following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for, espresso drinks, teas, artisan, and specialty beverages which exceed all quality standards.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of coffees by explaining differences in coffee beans, roast levels, flavor profiles and preparation techniques.
  • Maintain offerings by replenishing coffee beans, pastries, and snacks at the coffee bar.
  • Keep equipment operating optimally by following operating instructions and performing prescribed maintenance.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications / Skills:

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Prior customer service experience a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
