SAME OR NEXT DAY INTERVIEWS!! The overnight receptionist position is responsible for answering guest questions, properly resolving guest complaints, answering phones, filing paperwork, closing out the day, balancing credit card transactions, taking guest reservations, and checking hotel guests in and out of their rooms. There is also light cleaning, room inspections duties, preparing of coffee, replacing room amenities, taking inventory of items, and cleaning lobby & restrooms included as part of your down-time duties.

You will be responsible for ensuring that every single guest has a favorable experience at the hotel. A few of the main duties of a front desk associate are; greeting guests at the front desk, answering any questions, recommending activities and restaurants to guests, and answering any phone calls, as well as remaining alert and keeping the safety of all guests and security of the property as your priority while on shift.
