The McBurney YMCA is looking for a Teen Advisor who, under the supervision of the Teen Coordinator, the Teen Advisor will play a critical role in the successful operation of the Teen Programs. The Advisor will lead and supervise all teen services and programs, including Y Saturday night programs as well as Friday Teen Programming. In addition, the Teen Advisor will be responsible for advertising and recruiting participants, ensuring proper documentation and reporting, as well as meeting program outcome goals and deliverables.
